St Pete and Clearwater draws in the people that want a second home and often want an escape condo or home. Whether they are looking to look at the water or be on the water with their boat, it is coastal life. Many of my clients move from Texas, the mid west or New England and want to get out of the cold and relax a bit, whether for half the year or full time. Getting a bit of sun and are tired of the hustle and bustle, the coastal Florida areas, draw in people that want to slow down a bit and realize that the home in this area are not built well and need a face lift and some TLC.
