Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Gulf Harbors, attracts those that want to see and play on the water. All have a funky atmosphere with very particular features. Dunedin offers a wonderful central town area, with a relaxed feel. Fun home styles, places to ride your bike and relax a bit.

Tarpon brings the tourists for the sponge docks and shopping, but people love this are because of the food and Greek communities. Very eclectic styles and people call me to update their homes to retire, or for a future retirement.

Gulf Harbors is where I live and all the homes need to be updated but attracts boaters and those wanting to enjoy the deeper waters. It is a cute communities of retirees and those who work from home or work close by Gulf Harbors. The town is being refurbished and lends to being an area that is up and coming. Many of my clients here want new paint colors, new kitchens and bathroom, and to rooms to enjoy looking out at the wildlife, where their boat is parked.
